Our membership is £5 per month or £45 per year. Benefits include:

You can collect your toys:
- Daily from Ilchester, or
- From local towns on selected days
Check our Hours of Play page to see available pickup locations and dates.
Should you wish to cancel, we’ll be sorry to see you go.
Cancellation eligibility
| Pay monthly: | You can cancel up to 7 days before your next renewal date. Requests made after this time will be applied after the next payment is taken. Membership will always be valid for the dates payment covers. |
| Pay yearly: | You can cancel up to 7 days before your next renewal date. Membership will always be valid for the dates the payment covers, but we do not offer partial refunds for cancelling part way through the year. |

We know that play time can sometimes have unexpected endings. If a toy is damaged or a piece is lost please return the toy and let us know about the issue. If the issue is part of normal wear and tear and the toy is still usable with a bit of tlc from our team then there will be no charge. If a toy is completely lost or unreasonably damaged then we reserve the right to charge you for it’s replacement and/or refuse you further rentals.
