Our membership is £5 per month* or £45 per year. Benefits include:

- A free book rental with every toy rental
- A free teddy bear level toy rental on each child’s birthday

Our membership fee is in place of paying a deposit each time you rent a toy. The minimum commitment period shows your intention to use the rental service rather than take the toys and run! The fee goes towards our operational costs meaning we can keep The Toy Trove library growing and the toys clean, safe, and fully charged.
You can collect your toys:
- Daily from Ilchester or Yeovil, or
- From local towns by prior arrangement

Cancellation eligibility
| Pay monthly: | After the initial 6 month period you can cancel up to 7 days before your next renewal date. Requests made after this time will be applied after the next payment is taken. Membership will always be valid for the dates payment covers. |
| Pay yearly: | You can cancel up to 7 days before your next renewal date. Membership will always be valid for the dates the payment covers, but we do not offer partial refunds for cancelling part way through the year. |

We know that play time can sometimes have unexpected endings. If a toy is damaged or a piece is lost please return the toy and let us know about the issue. If the issue is part of normal wear and tear and the toy is still usable with a bit of tlc from our team then there will be no charge. If a toy is completely lost or unreasonably damaged then we reserve the right to charge you for it’s replacement and/or refuse you further rentals.
