1. Rental Returns
All toys rented through our membership or rental plans must be returned at the end of the rental period or when a swap is requested. Return instructions (where applicable) are provided for your convenience.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
- You cancel your membership within the eligible cancellation window
- A toy arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete
- A delivery error occurs (wrong toy sent)
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Toys not used during the rental period
- Delays caused by incorrect address or missed deliveries
3. Membership Cancellation
- Memberships can be canceled anytime through your account dashboard
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the current billing cycle
- Access to rented toys continues until the end of the active billing period
4. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Toys
- Minor wear and tear from normal play is expected and not charged
- For lost or severely damaged toys, a repair or replacement fee may apply
- Fees will never exceed the toy’s replacement value
5. Late Returns
- Late returns may result in additional charges or temporary suspension of swap privileges
- Continued failure to return toys may lead to membership termination
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
